Adswrite the ad once, launch it as often as you like.
Ads Manager runs your paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and ChatGPT Ads from one place in your space. The ad platform charges your ad account for the ads, not Wakato.
Ads Manager is where a space plans, launches and watches its paid ads. You connect the ad accounts you already have, write ads as ad recipes, launch them as campaigns, and research what other businesses are running in Inspiration. Your agents can do all of this too, inside a daily budget you set for each ad account.
The money for the ads themselves goes from your ad account to the platform (Meta, Google and so on), the same as if you used their own tools. Inspiration searches are paid lookups charged to the space's wallet.
How it works
Open Ads Manager from your space. The tabs across the top are:
- Overview: how your accounts and campaigns are doing.
- Inspiration: other businesses' ads, from the public ad libraries.
- Ad recipes: ads you wrote, with their settings, ready to launch.
- Campaigns: everything that was launched, with its numbers.
- Audiences, Leads, Pixels, Catalogs, Conversions and Analytics: the rest of the ad platforms' tools, in one place.
- Budgets: how much agents may spend on each ad account.
Ad accounts
Press Add an ad account to connect one. You can connect Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and X Ads by signing in on their page. ChatGPT Ads connects with an API key you copy from ChatGPT Ads Manager. Wakato passes the key to its ads provider and does not keep it.
An ad account can be used in more than one space. Use Assign ad accounts to this space to choose which ones this space can see.
Ad recipes and campaigns
An ad recipe is an ad and its settings, written once. Each time you launch it, it becomes a new campaign and the recipe stays in Ad recipes, so you can launch it again later with a different budget or audience. The recipe card shows how many times it was launched and opens its campaigns.
In Campaigns, Numbers shows a table of results and Previews shows each ad as it runs. Previews never invent numbers: what you see is what the platform reported.
Inspiration
Inspiration searches the public ad libraries of Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn by words, or by a business or its website. Group your searches into projects, save ads you like to a board, and follow an advertiser to hear when they start new ads. Each platform answers different questions, so some filters only work on some platforms, and the page tells you when a platform did not answer.
Running the same search again the same day is free; only the platforms that failed are asked again. Make an ad recipe from this copies an ad's words as a starting point. It never copies their picture or video.

Budgets for agents
Every connected ad account has one budget for campaigns launched by anyone who is not a person: an agent, your assistant or an automation. It is the same in every space the account is in. In Budgets, press Edit on an account and choose:
- Up to a budget: their launches on this account, all together, may spend up to an amount per day. Every account starts at $100 a day. Within it, a launch starts right away. A launch that would go over waits in Campaigns for you to approve.
- Every launch waits for me: nothing they launch starts until you approve it.
- Only people launch: agents can still write ad recipes, but cannot launch or raise spend on this account.
Who can change the budget
Only the ad account's owner, or an owner or admin of a space the account is in, can change its budget. Campaigns you launch yourself are never held. Agents are not told the amount: they only learn that a launch went through, or is waiting for a person.
What your agents can do here
An agent with permission to work on ads can research in Inspiration, write and copy ad recipes, launch them, read results, manage audiences, leads, pixels and catalogs, and answer comments on ads. Anything that spends money passes the account's budget first. Three things stay with people: connecting an ad account, assigning it to a space, and approving a campaign that is waiting.
