Wakato is a workspace for running a business. Your website, contacts, email, phone, shop, calendar, tables, documents and automations all live in one place, and AI agents work inside it with you. You tell an agent what you need in a chat, and it does the work with the same tools you use.
It is made for small business owners and teams who would otherwise juggle a website builder, a CRM, an email tool, a booking tool, a shop and a handful of AI chat apps. You can start on the Free plan. AI use and agent computer time are paid from your wallet as you use them.

What lives in a space
A space holds the tools a business uses every day:
- Build: websites and pages, forms, apps, a shop with listings and checkout, Wakato Pass cards.
- Grow: ads, social posts, email campaigns and newsletters, a community.
- Run: messages and calls, contacts, a calendar and booking pages, meetings, tables, tasks, automations, documents and files, finance and the books.
You can keep several businesses apart by giving each one its own space. Each space has its own wallet, its own members and its own agents.
Agents do the work
An agent is a teammate made of software. You give it a name, say in a sentence what it should do and choose the space it belongs to. Then you talk to it in Messages like you would talk to a person.
Agents reach the space through the same tools you see. An agent can add contacts, fill a table, write a page, draft social posts, answer customers on the phone or on your website, or set up an automation. You decide how far it may go in each area, and anything you mark as "asks first" waits for your yes in the chat.
One wallet, clear costs
Paid AI and services, such as thinking, images, voice, search or text messages, are charged to the wallet of the space where the work happens. Every charge lands in one ledger, so the space wallet, an agent's costs and your own billing all agree.

Paid plans can also be billed yearly ($490 for Pro, $990 for Business). On every plan, AI use is paid from your wallet. Agents that run on Wakato's cloud need Pro or Business.
You stay in charge
Agents never get more than you give them. Sending email, posting on social, publishing a page and other outward actions can be set to ask you first, and the request shows up as a card in the agent's chat.
